Manufacturing

LASER CUTTING MACHINE

CNC laser cutting machine with sheet cutting range 2500mm x 1200mm. Max thickness can be cut for :

– AL-4mm 
– SS-5mm 
– & MS- 5mm

CNC bending machines ranging from 1T to 80T with bed length up to 2.5meter & intelligent back gauge positioning.

CNC MILLING MACHINE 
CNC Milling working in X-Y-Z axis with sheet cutting range 400 x 350 in high precision.

CNC ROUTER  
CNC Milling working in X-Y-Z axis with sheet cutting range 2500 x 1200 with intelligent scoping .

Semi-automatic milling machine
Semi-automatic milling machine  variable speed capability, power feeds, and milling cutters that move along the X, Y, and Z axes.

CUTOFF MACHINE
Extrusion cutting machine with DRO for precision extrusion cutting length .

Drilling & Tapping machine
The drill press is a versatile machine that uses a multiple-cutting-edged drill bit secured in a rotating chuck to bore, drill holes & tapping .

Laser Engraving machine
Laser engraving offers an incredibly versatile method for achieving precise and detailed engravings across a wide range of materials.

RADIAL DRILLING MACHINE
Drill holes in heavy and strong materials with accuracy and stability radial arm can rotate and extend in different directions, positioning the drilling head at different points on the workpiece.

Hydraulic Shearing  machine
A Hydraulic Shearing Machine is an industrial tool used for cutting metal sheets in accuracy because of its intelligent back gauge.

WELDING
TIG welding a precise and versatile process used to create high-quality welds to weld Mild steel, Stainless steel & Aluminium alloys. 

FINISHING PLANT
The chromating plant complies with MIL-DTL-5541F Type II Class 3 standards, while the anodizing plant complies with MIL-PRF-8625F Type II Class 1 standards, both providing a corrosion-inhibiting & decorative finish.

PAINT BOOTH
Our paint booth has high-efficiency filtration systems, regulated airflow and an inbuilt heating system to ensure a smooth, consistent finish on products while protecting the surrounding environment from hazardous fumes and overspray.

POWDER COATING
Powder coating utilizes an electrostatic process followed by high-temperature curing to adhere the powder to the surface, resulting in a smooth, durable finish.  The coating is resistant to chipping, fading, scratching and wearing.

3D PRINTING AND SALT SPRAY TESTING
With its 200 x 200 x 250 mm build size, the 3D printer ensures the creation of precise, lightweight, and accurate 3D prototypes.

Finshing Services AS 9100 Certified

ANNODISING

Our Anodising Plant is certified for ANODIC COATINGS OF ALUMINUM AND ALUMINUM ALLOY as per MIL-PRF-8625F

Chemical Conversion (Chromating): Hexavalent and Trivalent (Our NADCAP Registration is in Progress)

Our chromate conversion plant is  MIL-DTL-5541 certified having following options:

Type I – Compositions containing hexavalent chromium.
Type II – Compositions containing no hexavalent chromium.
Class 1A – For maximum protection against corrosion, painted or unpainted.

Class 3 – For protection against corrosion where low electrical resistance is required.

POWDER COATING

We have a 8 Feet x 8 Feet x 12 Feet powder coating oven to having range of colours. Powder coating thickness ranges from 80 microns to 160 microns.

LIQUID SPRAY PAINTING

We follow PU painting of all RAL Shades, both in MIL grade and in Non MIL grade paints.
Our Spray Painting Booth is 30 feet x 10 Feet x 10 feet  size.

Simulation and Analysis on Ansys

With Ansys we do finite element analysis (FEA) to perform structural analysis and Thermal Analysis using advanced solver options, including linear dynamics, nonlinearities, thermal analysis, materials, composites, explicit.

Build-To-Print

For Manufacturing Any Metal Component

Build to print (BOP) where our customer provides us the mechanical drawings, bill of materials and the quality controls for an enclosure they need to build. We may recommend upgrades or changes based on our experience.

This service provides full turnkey assembly of your product replication project including all purchasing, documentation management, assembly, labour, inspection, testing, and worldwide shipping.
